The Final Field for the Parkes/Dubbo Garrards Rio Meteor Gig Series was decided last Sunday, 6th of August, at Parkes harness meeting.

Garrards Rio Meteor Heat 1 has been won by BROCKS UNDER FIRE, trained and driven by Nathan Turnbull.
And Garrards Rio Meteor Heat 2 has been won by SUNSCREEN, trained by Brett Pay, and driven to win by Tom Pay.
Proudly sponsored by Garrards Horse and Hound, the winning trainer of the Final will receive a Rio Meteor Racing Sulky.
The committee of the Parkes Harness Racing Club and Dubbo Harness Racing Club wish all connections good luck in the Final which will be ran this coming Sunday, 13th of August at Parkes.
