As the Harness Racing Season 2017/18 comes to an end, CANKICKATARGET wins the feature Race at Parkes Harness Racing Club Season Finale Race Meeting.
The feature race is the Parkes-Dubbo GARRARDS IRON HORSE Series. The series aims to award trainers for supporting meetings of Dubbo Harness Racing Club and Parkes Harness Racing Club. The finals offers the prizemoney and the RIO Meteor race gig courtesy of Garrards Horse and Hound.
The Parkes local connection horse, Cankickatarget, proved to be a strong contender for the race as he beat 8 other horses in a mile rate of 2.00.1 and a margin of 1.8m
