OUR VISION
Parkes Harness Racing Club (PHRC) is one of the harness racing clubs operating and giving services in regional New South Wales. PHRC aims to support the harness industry by supporting its people, hobbyist, supporters.
PHRC exists because of the owners, drivers, and trainers who attend every meeting the PHRC committee sets up for them. And we would be here until there are patrons attending our meetings.
PHRC supports as well harness enthusiast in and around Parkes.
